Working with T A Fisher
Buzz Gym has been a tenant of T A Fisher since May 2013, opening at 100 Kings Road briefly before the adjoining flagship – House of Fisher Aparthotel, was completed. We worked with Buzz Gym to develop the impressive facility they have, creating a gym environment with a buzz for its members and the local community.
100 Kings Road, Reading, creates the ‘Buzz’
100 Kings Road, Reading, has proven an ideal location for Buzz Gym, and over the past seven years, the area has developed into a busy corporate hub of Reading, with great accessibility by car, bus, train or bike. Their members can enjoy a pre-workout coffee and stroll to the gym, without having to go into the town centre.
Expansion plans ahead for Buzz Gym
The 100 Kings Road gym has been a springboard for Buzz Gym. They have since opened a further four Buzz Gym locations in Slough, Swindon, Oxford Westgate and London Harrow. The expansion is not letting up, with a further ten sites within close proximity scheduled for the future.
CEO of Buzz Gym, Adam Stowell says, “T A Fisher has been a superb landlord. The deal we structured back in 2013 involved some of the fit out being handled by the landlord, working alongside Buzz to create the amazing facility we now have at 100 Kings Road. The whole T A Fisher team were a pleasure to work with. I recall there being a huge amount of time spent in meetings on-site during the build.” When asked about having T A Fisher as a landlord during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic, Adam added, “We feel that if we did have an issue, T A Fisher would be sympathetic to listening and working with us to find a fair solution.”
