Following the closure of Jewson earlier this year, T A Fisher has secured the site with plans to transform it into a high-quality residential scheme. The development will feature approximately 15 new homes, thoughtfully designed to harmonise with the historical context of The Street.
A key aspect of the proposed redevelopment is the retention and integration of the original brick and flint listed building on the frontage, preserving the site’s historical significance and charm.
