House of Fisher unveils plans for exclusive serviced apartments in Bracknell

Categories: Commercial & Investment, General, Land

Hot on the heels of the hugely successful launch of its 100 Kings Road apart-hotel in Reading in January, House of Fisher is well under way with the planning for the opening of a new development of serviced apartments in a mixed use scheme, in Bracknell, Berkshire. T A Fisher, the Thames Valley leading property development specialist, is turning former office building, Beneficial House, into luxury serviced apartments in a hotel-style environment to join the House of Fisher portfolio when they open in early 2015.

The upper floors of Beneficial House will comprise an exclusive development of studio suites, one and two bedroom serviced apartments aimed at both the corporate and leisure market. The lower floors are to become a 15,000 square foot, 24 hour state-of-the-art gym facility, to be run by The Gym Group.

Beneficial House, occupies a town centre location in a highly prominent position on the corner of Easthampstead Road, fronting the Twin-Bridges roundabout. Adjacent to both Arlington Business Park and The Point, the development is perfect for business travellers to the area. The property also benefits from the close proximity of the town centre, just five minutes walk from the central shopping facilities, and the excellent road communications that Bracknell has to offer.

House of Fisher is already a preferred supplier for numerous multi-national companies and SME’s and continues to expand its network of accommodation and service portfolio. As part of the T A Fisher Group, House of Fisher has the backing of a progressive organisation with over 100 years business experience, and an enviable reputation for quality, excellence and customer service. Beneficial House is due to open early in 2015.
