T A Fisher has the inherent skills and knowledge to unlock latent value from a variety of challenging situations. We are attracted to opportunities with a higher-risk profile such as vacant or part-vacant buildings or sites and we thrive on opportunities which do not necessarily suit mainstream developers. This is because we can deal with the ‘downside’ and we also have cash facilities available so can operate without involving a bank.

Our portfolio of commercial schemes stretches back many years. It comprises institutional offices, business parks for SMEs, conversion of older industrial properties and office buildings. We are very comfortable with mixed use schemes combining different components such as retail, hotel, residential, apart-hotel, B1, children’s day nursery and restaurant uses. Our activities extend beyond development and investment – operational expertise by way of our serviced apartment division can make the vital difference to some property deals. Short decision-making lines mean we can structure proposals conditionally or unconditionally to give vendors the degree of certainty they want. Alternatively, we are open to joint-venture proposals, examples of which are included here.
